Made-to-Order Awesomeness - All Sales Final (with Exceptions)

We take pride in offering unique and hilarious t-shirt designs that are printed fresh for each order. Due to this made-to-order nature, all sales are final. Once your order is placed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exceptions:

We understand that mistakes happen sometimes. Here are the exceptions to our final sale policy:

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Did your shirt arrive looking like it went a few rounds with a rogue dryer? Maybe you received the wrong size or design entirely? Fear not! Please contact us within [the same] day of delivery and we'll be happy to replace your item or issue a refund. To ensure a smooth resolution, please include a short video clip of you unboxing the package and clearly showing the damage or incorrect item.
• Manufacturing Defects: If you discover a manufacturing defect after receiving your product (think wonky seams or a faded print), let us know within [the same] day of delivery. We'll get you a replacement or a refund, no sweat. Similar to damaged/incorrect items, please include a short unboxing video showcasing the defect.
